We've recently brought together our ODM Support Desk and User Forum.

You'll find links to the User Forum on the right-hand side of each page. You can now search the user forum for topics of interest and, as you browse your support tickets, you will see suggested forum posts that might be of interest.

The ODM Support Desk lets you:

• Submit new support requests (you can still email us directly at odmsupport@senergyworld.com, without having to log in at all)
• See the status of all your open requests and request history all in one place
• See and contribute to requests made by other ODM users in your Organisation
• Search all of your Organisation's requests (open or closed) to find previous communications quickly
  

Add http://odmsupport.senergyworld.com to your favourites/bookmarks.
